Sticking to our fall apple theme, we’re bringing you a fresh peck of apple cocktails to enjoy this season. With so many varieties of apples to try and so many orchards to visit this time of year, why not make the beverage part simple? Try a few of these delicious seasonal cocktails:
Tangy Cider Fizz: have some leftover apple cider from the local orchard? Mix it in a rocks glass with brown sugar, Carpano Antica and Italian vermouth. Add a splash of seltzer and garnish with a lemon wedge.
The Honey Rider: this take on the classic Appletini will have you wanting more. The cocktail includes gin infused with fresh, tart apple and sweet cider. It’s shaken with bison grass vodka and Lillet Blanc. It’s totally delicious.
Salty Maple Butter Cider: heat up some buttered and mix it with apple cider, maple syrup and a dash of vanilla. Sprinkle in some Maldon salt and a bit of lemon juice on top.
The Honeymoon Cocktail: you’ll need apple brandy, sweet orange curacao, herbal Benedectine and tart lemon juice for this concoction. Mix ingredients together and serve chilled.
Gin-Applejack Punch: hosting a dinner party this fall? This big-batch punch will surely be the hit. In a large pitcher, add orange slices, Angostura bitters, gin, applejack, simple syrup, lime juice and water. Refrigerate before serving.
