David Cingari, Chief of Hospitality: “Mine would be the DSC New England Lobster Roll (hors d’oeuvre or entrée portion). It is a crowd fav made with fresh Maine lobster meat, a tiny bit of minced celery, and a lemon aioli.  Simple, fresh, lobster forward with a hint of lemon finish piled on a perfectly butter toasted (mini or hot dog) Martin’s potato roll. Seriously just awesome and I can eat 10 of them!!!!”

Brian Bender, Executive Chef: “Our Brazilian Rodizio Station is among my favorite presentations. Marinated Chicken thighs, Pichana sirloin steak, and chorizo sausage grilled and skewered on our custom hand made Rodizio Carving Block is eye catching, delicious and a fun interactive action station for both us and our guests. Our authentic chimichurri seals the deal for me. Honorable mention to bacon wrapped short ribs, because, bacon and short ribs….”

Melissa DeSousa, Senior Event Planner: “After over 20 years with DSC… I am still a sucker for Chef David’s own recipes. Penne alla vodka — I have NEVER had better Vodka sauce, anywhere. And David’s dressing — I have been pouring over salad forever and is to this day my favorite dressing on the planet!!! Add some shaved gorgonzola and I AM IN HEAVEN!”

Haley Keane, Event Planner: “My favorite, if I’m forced to choose, would be the Honey Sriracha Chicken Meatballs — Hors d’oeuvres which are served with a spicy & sweet glaze that is fiery- yet refreshing! I can’t forget to mention the wispy and delicate daikon radish and carrot angel hair slaw that cools down the heat. Everytime we make them, I need to eat at least a few.”
