This is the perfect grab-n-go option for those who prefer to eat lunch on the fly. They’re packed with healthy items like cucumbers, beans, asparagus and arugula and you can top it all off with your favorite dressing.
Spaghetti Squash & Meat Sauce
It’s paleo-friendly and it sure is tasty. Pick some squash up from your local farmers market this spring and make spaghetti out of it. Then top it with fresh meat sauce and if you make enough, you can make several meals out of it including lunch and dinner, too!
