Serve it with chips. Top off your favorite tacos. Heck, even eat it right out of the bowl! We’re whipping up a fresh batch of guacamole and wanted to share this delicious recipe with you. Keep in mind that the secret to success is using good avocados.

Ingredients:

2-4 ripe avocados

½ lemon, juiced

½ lime, juiced

2 tbsp. Chopped onion

1 clove garlic, minced

½ tsp. Sea salt

Pinch of fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:

First, cut the avocados in half. Remove the seed and scoop the pulp into a bowl. Using a fork or a spoon, mash the avocados and then stir in the juice, onion, garlic, salt and cilantro. Cover bowl and refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Pro Tip: To kick your guacamole up a notch, add halved grape tomatoes and sweet corn.
