Jessica is David’s Soundview Catering’s specialist for all of your daily corporate catering orders and a la carte lunch services. Jessica’s passion for food and serving others began at a young age under the careful tutelage of her grandmother. This desire flourished in college, where she studied Sociology, while spending her nights cooking on a single burner out of her dorm room, wowing friends with culinary delights! After realizing that her heart’s aspiration was in the hospitality industry, she decided to attend Norwalk Community College and pursue an Associate’s Degree in Culinary and Restaurant Management. After graduation, Jessica assisted in managing two restaurants at Doral Arrowwood in Rye Brook, NY and also worked for Fjord Catering. Jessica now has over 10 years of experience and is an amazing part of the DCS team, not only as our corporate guru, but as a part of our exemplary event catering team of servers, bartenders, and event managers. Although cooking is now reserved for meals at home with her four-year-old son, Jessica is still able to express her knowledge and affection for all things culinary through working with DSC clients and assisting in menu development.
