Watermelon - it may come as no surprise that this fruit has been deemed the “hydration hero.” It’s the perfect fruit to eat all summer long as it will keep you cool and hydrated. Not to mention, watermelon contains lycopene which helps protect skin cells from sun damage.

Oranges - everyone sweats during the summer, but did you know that you lose potassium every time you sweat? Oranges are rich in potassium which helps replenish the supply you lose when you get a bit overheated.

Cantaloupe - another ultra refreshing fruit that is made up almost 90% water. Cantaloupe is also packed with Vitamin C and beta-carotene which can be converted to Vitamin A which helps regulate the growth of new skin cells. What does all of that mean? It means you can flaunt your beach body the next time you head to the ocean.

Berries - is there anything better than a strawberry smoothie or popping a few frozen blueberries on a hot summer day? Berries are filled with flavonoids that fight off disease and increase blood flow to the skin. A recent study has shown that berries may also slow cognitive decline - it’s a win-win.
