5 Foods You MUST Grill This Memorial Day Weekend

What are your plans for Memorial Day Weekend? After all, it is the unofficial start to summer so why not spend it grilling in your backyard? Here’s a few of our favorite recipes and we can assure you, your guests will say the same!

Jumbo Shrimp Kebobs: season with olive oil, fresh garlic and Old Bay seasoning.

Filet Mignon: this cut is so perfect you don’t need to do much to it beforehand. We recommend just a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Marinated Flank Steak: mix canola oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, fresh garlic and ground black pepper in a bowl. Place the meat in a shallow glass dish and pour the marinade over the steak. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours before cooking.

Rosemary Garlic & Teriyaki Chicken Thighs: go for the boneless, skinless option at the store. They’re less fuss and taste great! Simply marinate in rosemary, garlic and teriyaki sauce for 2-4 hours before grilling.

Angus or Kobe Beef Burgers: take your burgers to the next level by opting for angus or Kobe beef. Sure, it might cost you a bit more, but your guests will surely thank you. You can even surprise them with a toppings bar if you really want to receive praise.
