Jumbo Shrimp Kebobs: season with olive oil, fresh garlic and Old Bay seasoning.
Filet Mignon: this cut is so perfect you don’t need to do much to it beforehand. We recommend just a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Marinated Flank Steak: mix canola oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, fresh garlic and ground black pepper in a bowl. Place the meat in a shallow glass dish and pour the marinade over the steak. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours before cooking.
Rosemary Garlic & Teriyaki Chicken Thighs: go for the boneless, skinless option at the store. They’re less fuss and taste great! Simply marinate in rosemary, garlic and teriyaki sauce for 2-4 hours before grilling.
Angus or Kobe Beef Burgers: take your burgers to the next level by opting for angus or Kobe beef. Sure, it might cost you a bit more, but your guests will surely thank you. You can even surprise them with a toppings bar if you really want to receive praise.
